Leading from the Middle Coaches
One of the distinguishing elements of Leading from the Middle is the
opportunity for Fellows to get three months of coaching from executive
and senior-level professionals in their field. Coaches challenge and nurture.
They challenge Fellows to find the right solutions for themselves. They
also help provide guidance and a listening ear as Fellows work toward
their goals.
......Coaches meet with Fellows about twice per month. The program
benefits coaches as well; they learn new ways to motivate and build
capacity in their staff. Coaches participate in their own development
program:
Executive Class. If you would like to be a Leading from the
Middle
coach, please visit the Executive Class website.
