Since 2003, Leading from the Middle has graduated 41 Fellows from a
wide variety of organizations and disciplines. They came from nonprofit,
private, and public sector organizations of all sizes, and from around the
New York/New Jersey area. Two Fellows traveled from Washington
D.C.to be part of the program.
.....The 2005 class of 31 students was diverse in ethnicity, age and
profession. The ethnic mix in the class reflected that of the New York
region, and the ages of students ranged from mid-20s to mid-50s. About
45% were from the nonprofit sector, 40% from government, and the
rest from the private sector.
